Data Storage and Security

Pet profiles, training progress, care records, and translation history are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. Audio recordings are temporarily sent to our AI service for translation and are not permanently stored. Subscription status is managed through Apple's App Store. We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic Claude AI: For generating pet sound translations and AI dog training advice
  • Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases and managing subscriptions

Subscription Data

If you subscribe to Puply Premium, your subscription is managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We receive limited information about your subscription status (active/inactive, expiration date) but do not have access to your payment information. All subscription billing is handled by Apple according to their privacy policy.

Your Rights

  • Delete your data (by deleting the app)
